KHC Transit System-Revised Schedule

Announcing Changes to our Community Bus Schedule Effective September 2nd, 2008. Thanks to the communities’ comments and our experience during the first 9 months of operation, we are ready to make changes to our routes, schedules, and pricing to serve the community better, Changes include: BETTER SCHOOL SERVICE – Students living in town and attending any of the in-town schools can catch the bus and arrive on time to school every day AND catch it after school to head home. It’s easy and convenient – check the schedule and find your nearest bus stop. Stop driving your kids to school – take the bus, it’s cool! DAILY SERVICE TO PARSON – Twice daily service to Parson will now be offered, to get those rural folks on our system and save them some gas money! EARLIER AFTERNOON SERVICE TO RURAL SOUTH – Students needing to stay after school for a while can now catch the bus home in the Rural South earlier in the day. Get them home for dinner! NEW PRICING – Convenient and now cheaper to ride. Pick up your monthly pass for over 30% less than last year, and really put a dent in those fuel bills. Purchase your COMMUNITY bus tickets/passes at Overwaitea Foods or the Town of Golden. See the riders guide insert (linked below) for more info on all our bus routes and stops
